America was built on a bedrock principle of fairness, however at least 32 million Americans are unable to realize life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The Challenge

TDI wants to apply the same passion demonstrated during the civil rights movement towards those affected by poverty. In order to guarantee that the rights promised in the Declaration of Independence are met, Americans need to be engaged in working with their communities to reduce socioeconomic disparities.

Our goal is to create a grassroots movement across the nation that will assure ALL Americans equal access to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, even those in the lowest income levels. By 2026, TDI aims to engage the poorest families with well-prepared, caring citizens focused on addressing the killer traps of poverty.
